CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 24 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT STARTING TIME FOR A FULL REFUND.
The Avenue 22 Bridal team is here to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during our peak times. These appointments are reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 Hour notice for cancellations. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive our service.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our Avenue 22 team members scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Avenue 22 Bridal policies are presented and provided to enable us to serve all of our customers in a professional and timely manner. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policy criteria.
